HHA Monsoon- Multi Blue Ribbon Winner
Monsoon will improve your alpaca herd. Ever since he was born we knew he was special. He was born Easter weekend in a "monsoon" and has showered us with blessings ever since. He has competed in national shows and our local 4-H fairs since a yearling. Monsoon has many blue ribbons to his name and handles extremely well on a halter. He has the sweetest disposition and personality and he loves to give kisses. When visitors come over to the farm or even to the pen at a show Monsoon is the alpaca they remember and love. Monsoon has one cria on the ground and another one due in the fall of 2010. His first cria was a bay black female with fleece to die for. There is no mistaking that she has her dad's fleece. West Wind Scirocco - 16.6µ Dark Rose Grey Avatar son!
20.7µ at 5 years old! Multiple blue ribbon winner!
Scirocco is the only Avatar son in Oregon, to my knowledge. His first year micron was an impressive 16.6 and he has 3 blue ribbons for his fleece, two more top place in class.
He's got 5 crias due in 2010! Scirocco has one cria on the ground, light fawn from a light fawn dam. First year micron came in at 17, by far the finest from this dam.
Scirocco's fleece remains super-fine even into maturity, even his leg and neck fiber is incredibly fine and soft, and can be worn next to the skin. His fleece is a spinners' favorite!
Scirocco's regular fee is $2000, however during these current economic conditions, his fee is reduced to $1000 for visiting dams. No limit, and can be used any time through 2010!

She also won the blue ribbon for Produce of Dam at the 2007 New England Coastal Classic, Green Mountain Fall Spectacular, and the 2008 NAAS thanks to Polar Express and his younger brother Ultraviolet (a multiple champion rose grey). Xanadu Dark Porter - 2007 AOBA National Fleece Champion
After an AOBA Fleece Color Championship and 5 blue ribbons in his short show career, Dark Porter has joined our line-up of exceptional herdsires. In 2007 Porter was the Fleece Color Champion at AOBA National Show after taking blue ribbons in halter at the Level V GWAS show and the Level IV Southwest Alpaca Show earlier in the year. Halter judges have complimented him as the "complete package" with bundled fleece and balanced conformation. While he has shown in several color classes ranging from fawn to brown to indefinite, AOBA show rules now place him firmly in the Rose Grey classes.
Dark Porter is the result of crossing two exceptional blood lines. He gets his unique color from his dam, Daisy May Legacy Brew, a proven producer of black and grey champions - many of which have gone on to produce multiple champions of their own. Porter has also inherited the exceptional fleece characteristics of his white sire, Peruvian Presidio.

GREYBEARD
GreyBeard is a Full Peruvian, elite level dark silver grey herdsire. He is a 8x Champion and has produced numerous blue ribbon plus winners. He has a light silver grey neck and a dark silver grey body. His body type is amazing! Strong in bone, dense, and fine for a dark silver grey. His staple length grows annually over 5 inches and some of his offspring have reached close to 6.5 inches in a yearly growth. He is a truly spectacular male- one of a kind. Neruda recently sold for $205,000 and if you ask us - GreyBeard has the better overall package. He has duplicated himself in color 8 times - that is 8 of his over 40 offspring are marked in color similiar to him! That is an amazing achievement in itself as this color is very rare and hard to reproduce - certainly with this consistency!
He has thrown beautiful offspring in every color, and these offspring have earned ribbons of every color. They've also sold well at major auctions.

Dom Timbo's Brutus (medium silver gray)
Brutus is a medium silver grey proven male boasting the legendary Peruvian Dom Timbo as his sire. His fleece is dense with crimp, fineness, staple length and good coverage. As you know, Dom Timbo is one of Magical Farm's main herdsires, and may be the top gray male on the East Coast.
Dom Timbo's link is: www.magicalfarms.com/sires_DomTimbo.html.
When you include the genetics on his dam, Brutus has award winning gray genetics throughout. His dam, Silver Mist was the 2001 AOBA national blue ribbon winner.
Dom Timbo genetics are rare on the West Coast. Plus Dom Timbo is aging and, at some point, the only way to get those genetics will be through his progeny. As Brutus's name gets more established here, we expect his demand, and breeding fees, to follow. If you're looking to add these genetics and color into you herd, give us a call.
Brutus is co-owned by Alpaca Bleu Alpacas of Kuna, Idaho. For availability, and breeding schedules, please contact us.
